The Jah Heart Foundation is delighted to announce that a donation of $10,000.00 was distributed to The Ledgerwood Family to assist with medical treatments for Rae- Ann Ledgerwood (5 years) who was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy in Trinidad and Tobago.
